The polishing machine revival.

3年来の悩みが解決した。
作品の研磨に使用している研磨機の調子が良くなかった。
症状としては回転数不足なのか、以前の3倍ぐらいの時間がかかるようになってしまい、ずーっとイライラしていた。
ここ3年の間に分解してみたり、取扱説明書を見直して変えられる消耗品は変えてみたり、その他の情報収集したりをしてはいたのだけど、芳しい結果は得られず、動かなくなってしまうまで我慢することにして今まで来た。

そしてとうとう先週末にほぼ効果なし、に至り。
再度、情報収集の結果、これだ！と思うものにたどり着いたので早速やってみたけれど…ほぼ、効果なし（爆）

仕方ないので修理に出すか…と思って、取扱説明書を読みつつ、なんとなく、「設定を見直してみるか」と思って見直してみたら、一箇所設定が違っていた。ので、そこを修正してみたところ…なんと、復活（爆）

研磨時間も1/10になり、むしろ、調子が悪くなる以前よりもいいのではないか？と思われるほどの調子の良さ。
原因は、研磨剤の入れすぎ。
むしろ良く故障しなかったな…と研磨機に対しても、ものすごく申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいである。
（不良品扱いして申し訳なかった）

A problem that had been troubling me for three years was resolved.
The polishing machine I was using to polish my work was not working well.
The symptom was a lack of rpm, and it was taking about three times as long as before, which was frustrating me for a long time.
Over the past three years, I have tried disassembling it, reviewing the instruction manual, changing consumables that could be changed, and gathering other information, but with no positive results, I decided to hold out until it stopped working.

Finally, at the end of last week, we came to the conclusion that it was almost ineffective.
After gathering information again, I found what I thought was the answer.
I tried it again, but…almost no effect.

I thought, “I have no choice but to send it in for repair…” and then I read the user’s manual. Then, while reading the user’s manual, I thought, “Let’s review the settings,” and found that one of the settings was wrong., so I fixed it, and… and then… it came back!

The polishing time was reduced to 1/10, and it was so good that it seemed to be better than before the condition deteriorated, it was so good that it seemed to be better than before it went bad.
The cause was too much abrasive.
I’m rather surprised it didn’t break down… and I feel extremely sorry to the polisher as well.
(I am sorry for treating it as a defective product.)
