今回のオンライン展示会「雨上がり、虹」のスペシャルバージョンを作っていただいた。

ものすごく素敵なので、観てはニヤニヤ…観てはニヤニヤ…を繰り返している。
（再生回数の半分以上は私だと思われる）

私にとって、今年はチェンジとチャレンジが同時並行する年で、それを象徴するものが「動画」だったと思う。

テレビもYouTubeも観る方じゃない（ドラマ「相棒」は別）ので、動画とは縁がないと思っていた。
そんな感じだったのに、コロナウイルスのパンデミックの影響で個展をどうしよう？と思っていたら、動画は？とアイデアをいただくとともに、タイミング良く編集ソフトの使い方を教えてもらえる事になった。
（いつもいつも助けてくれてありがとう！）
じゃ、やってみるか…と作品の動画カタログを作ったり、個展を動画に撮って編集して見てもらえるようになった。
そして更にはプロモーションビデオみたいな素敵な動画まで作ってもらえる事になった。
（もう、すごい嬉しい！）
こんなことになるだなんて、今年の初めの時点ではちっとも思ってなかった。

ホント、すごい時代になった。

すごい時代になったのもそうだけど、結局のところ、今年もこれまでも関わってくれる人達、支えてくれる人達がいたから動画も作品も作れるようになったんだもんな、何とかなってきたんだもんな、と何かにつけて特に強く思ったのが今年だった。
（いつもいつも本当にありがとうございます。）

作っていただいたこの動画を見て、「ああ、完全にでは無いけど、今回の展示会のタイトル（「雨上がり、虹」）の通りになったな」と思った。
（今年は土砂降りだった…（爆））

I have made a special version of this online exhibition “After rain, and rainbow”.

It’s so beautiful, I am repeating that I grin when I see it… I watch it and grin…
(I think I’m responsible for more than half of the views.)

For me, this year has been one of simultaneous change and challenge, and I think “video” was emblematic of that.

I am not a TV or YouTube watcher (except for the drama “Aibou”), so I thought I had no connection to video.
I was like that, when I was wondering what to do with my exhibition due to the coronavirus pandemic, “How about a video?”, I received an idea and teached how to use the editing software at the right time.
（Thanks again for all your help!)
Then, I decided to give it a try… and made a video catalog of my works, and also made a video of my exhibition for people to watch.
（I am so happy!)
I had no idea at the beginning of this year that this would happen.

It’s an amazing time we live in.

I am very happy to be able to make videos and works because of the people who have been involved and supported me this year and in the past, and I have been able to make it work.
(Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.)

When I saw this video that was made, I thought, “Oh, it’s not perfect, but it’s just like the title of this exhibition (“After rain, and rainbow”).
(It was pouring this year…)
