指のタイプ別・サイズ（号数）の選び方（How to choose a size (number) for each finger type）

● 関節が太くて、指の付け根が細い場合（If your joints are thick and the base of your finger is thin.）
指の関節にサイズを合わせていただくことをおすすめします。
リングに指を入れるときも抜くときも関節で引っかかるものの、着け外しが苦にならなさず、着用感もきつくないサイズをお選びください。
I recommend that you choose a size that matches the joint of your finger.
Select a size that is comfortable to wear and does not make it hard to put on and take off, but does not feel tight when you put your finger in and take it out.

● 関節と指の付け根が同じ太さの場合（If the joint and the base of the finger are the same thickness.）
指の付け根にサイズを合わせていただくことをおすすめします。
リングを指の付け根にまで入れた時に若干きつく感じるくらいであると外れにくいです。
むくみの加減によって、指の関節に合わせたほうがいい場合と指の付け根に合わせたほうがいい場合がありますので、時間や日を変えて計測してからお選びいただくことをおすすめします。
The ring should feel slightly tight when it is inserted to the base of the finger, so that it will not come off easily.
Depending on the degree of swelling, it may be better to fit the ring to the joint of the finger or to the base of the finger, so we recommend that you take measurements at different times and on different days before making your choice.

● 指の付け根が一番太い場合（When the base of the finger is the thickest.）

指の付け根に合わせていただくことをおすすめします。
緩いサイズは指輪が抜けやすいので、きつくなく、また緩くないサイズをお選びください。
I recommend that you fit the ring to the base of your finger.
Choose a size that is not too tight or too loose, as a loose size will cause the ring to fall off easily.

● その他（Other）
5mmを超えるような幅のデザインは通常のリングサイズよりきつく感じますので、１号程度大きめのサイズをお選びいただくことをおすすめします。
むくみの影響などにより、測る時間によってサイズが変動する場合がありますので、朝・夕２回測ることをおすすめします。
Designs that are wider than 5mm will feel tighter than normal ring size, so we recommend choosing a size that is about 1 size larger.
Size may vary depending on the time of day due to swelling, etc. We recommend that you take your measurements twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

サイズの測り方（How to Measure Size）

【ご自分の指で測る場合（When measuring with your finger.）】

1. 指の一番太い部分に糸などを巻きつけ、糸の交わるところに印をつける。
   巻きつける時は、緩すぎず、またきつすぎない程度の強さにしてください。
   Wrap a piece of string around the thickest part of your finger and make a mark at the intersection of the strings.When wrapping, make sure it is not too loose or too tight.
2. 印をつけたところの間の長さを測り、下記の取り扱いサイズ一覧表より号数をお調べください。
   Measure the length between the marked points and find the size from the table above.

※正確性に欠けますので、目安としてお考えください。
　This is not accurate, so please use it as a rough guide.Use thin threads, etc.; paper tape, etc.
※使用する糸などは細いものを使用してください。5mm幅以上の紙テープなどを使用すると大幅にずれる場合があります。
　Use thin threads, etc. Paper tapes and other materials wider than 5 mm may cause significant misalignment..
※市販のリングゲージバンド（通販などで数百円程度）を使用していただくと簡単・正確に測っていただけます。
　Use a commercially available ring gauge band (several hundred yen by mail order, etc.) for easy and accurate measurement.

【お手持ちのリングから測る場合（When measuring from an existing ring.）】

お手持ちのリングの内径を測り、下記の一覧表よりお調べください。
ノギス等でお測り頂くことをおすすめします。
Please measure the inside diameter of your ring and check the above table.
We recommend that you use calipers to measure the inside diameter.
